THE MOON: First IMAGE with a Future Base for Astronauts

The MOON has part of the first image in which we are presented with what the future base could look like for the astronauts who will be sent there by earthlings.

LUNA base

MOON FABRIC will be colonized by earthlings, this is as clear as possible and has been made known by NASA and ESA repeatedly, now the two space agencies are planning future colonization bases. ESA has also published a first image of such a base, and below you can see a prototype base for colonization that ESA would like to build on the LUNA, the chances of it being transformed into reality are quite high at this point.

MOON FABRIC it is far from Earth, and transporting construction materials there is not that simple, so ESA thought of a solution to solve half of this problem. More precisely, those at ESA devised a method by which astronauts could use urea from their urine and soil components on the MOON to form a kind of "cement" to be used for future lunar bases where they would follow let the astronauts stay.

MOON FABRIC it has this "cement" made of urea combined with regolith, and ESA researchers managed to make 3D printed cylinders in the laboratory using this special, but apparently resistant, material. For the time being, those from ESA are in the testing stage of this material prototype that could be used on the MOON to create the future bases for astronauts, but it supports great weights, and keeps its shape, and after it is heated to 80 degrees and frozen and thawed about 8 times, it even has greater resistance.

MOON FABRIC it has enough regolith, but the astronauts probably won't have much of the other component needed to make this material, which you can see above. Of course, the astronauts could be sent from Earth with enough reserves of urea to build their bases on the MOON, or at least components of them, but everything depends on the tests that ESA is doing now and how successful they would be after completion.

MOON FABRIC there would be new astronauts sent by those from NASA in the following years, if the plans will be completed, but there is still a lot of work until everything can be brought to a happy end.
