In a tweet given a few hours ago by Comex said that the future jailbreak solution could be launched by someone else and not by him. At the moment we know that exist at least 2 exploits for iOS 4.1: one in userland and one in bootrom, but we don't know who and what will launch it, or if there are other exploits discovered. We don't even know when the new jailbreak solution will be released because no hints have been given in this regard, but I hope that the release will not take place too quickly because iOS 4.2 will be released in November and another solution will have to be released jailbreak for that version of iOS.
We are talking about Dev Team in the article from today, so read there carefully before updating!
Until then, don't forget that tonight around 19:00 - 20:00 the update for iOS 4.1 should appear in iTunes, so be very careful.
