iPhone X vs Galaxy S8 – First Drop Test

iPhone X si Samsung Galaxy S8 appear in a first drop test that shows us how resistant the glass, aluminum and stainless steel cases of the two mobile phones are. The Samsung Galaxy S8 cracks very easily from the first drop on the side edges, where there is a curvature of the screen, the case cracking from the start, but it was known that the phone from Samsung is very fragile on impact with hard surfaces.

The iPhone X is also left with a cracked case from the first impact with the cement, the stainless steel managing to withstand the impact well, and the screen remained intact after the first contact. When the screen comes into direct contact with cement, we are talking about greater destruction than in the case of the Samsung Galaxy S8, the screen cracking harder, but it continues to work, although it will have to be replaced to remain usable.

The iPhone X is still somewhat more resistant than the iPhone 8, where we could see that pieces of the case, or the front panel, were coming off, after the resistance tests done, but even so, none of the phones can withstand the impact well.
