For all those who were waiting that iOS 13.1 to fulfill Apple's great promise, considering that iOS 13 does not, well, there is very bad news, because the situation will not be exactly as we want it to be. More precisely, those from Apple did not improve the performance in iOS 13.1, as they promised in June.
In the video clip above you can see a comparison between the performances of iOS 13.1 and iOS 12.4.1, and unfortunately for us, opening applications is not faster. Apple promised that starting with iOS 13 it will halve the speed for opening applications on iPhone and iPad, but of course this promise is not fulfilled, unfortunately for us.
iOS 13.1 works the same as iOS 13, that is, the performance remains unchanged compared to iOS 12.4.1 in almost all applications, the possible differences being minimal. Unfortunately for us, Apple still has work to do with iOS 13, and I don't think it will be able to fulfill the promise of halving the times for opening applications.
