Raed Arafat, the head of the DSU, says that the quarantine of Bucharest is improbable, even if it is very possible to exceed an infection rate of 16/1000 inhabitants these days, which of course does not represent a good signal for the rest of the quarantined towns so far.
Raed Arafat says that it is more likely to impose the COVID certificate for a variety of activities in which until now free access was allowed, including entering non-essential shops, something that other countries have been applying for some time to limit the spread of the Coronavirus.
