Samsung pays $100 to customers who return the Galaxy Note 7

Samsung offers customers financial rewards of 25 - 100 dollars to return their Galaxy Note 7 terminals in stores.

Because simple apologies are not enough to forget the said failure Galaxy Note 7, those from Samsung decided to save customers 100 dollars when returning the terminals. Those from Samsung say that these 100 dollars actually represent a motivation for the terminals to be returned by customers because they would not want to give them up.

In this idea, any person who returns a Galaxy Note 7 and another Samsung smartphone will receive 100 dollars from the Korean company. If that customer chooses to give up the Samsung brand, or if they choose to ask for a full refund, then Samsung will only offer them $25 right compensation.

For now, only customers from the US and South Korea receive it reward of this kind when returning the terminals, in other markets they have not yet been announced. Samsung has to recover several million Galaxy Note 7 terminals from all over the world, and based on the amounts they offer, it will lose tens or hundreds of millions of dollars.

The decision of those from Samsung to offer money to people who return their terminals will be appreciated by many fans, but the reality is that the fundamental problem will not disappear. Samsung made a smartphone that puts people's lives in danger, it lied when it said it solved the problem, and now it's trying to cover everything with money.

"We appreciate the patience of our consumers, carrier and retail partners for carrying the burden during these challenging times. We are committed to doing everything we can to make this right."
