Those from Samsung say that these 100 dollars actually represent a motivation for the terminals to be returned by customers because they would not want to give them up.
In this idea, any person who returns a Galaxy Note 7 and another Samsung smartphone will receive 100 dollars from the Korean company. If that customer chooses to give up the Samsung brand, or if they choose to ask for a full refund, then Samsung will only offer them $25 right compensation.
For now, only customers from the US and South Korea receive it reward of this kind when returning the terminals, in other markets they have not yet been announced.
